1. Select the movie or event you wish to order on the Indigo channel. Press OK/SELECT.
2. Select BUY and press OK/SELECT.
3. The ORDER option will be highlighted. Press OK/SELECT.
4. Enter your PIN. Your default PIN is 1-2-3-4.
5. The movie or event will begin on the selected channel at the scheduled time.
You have 15 minutes to tune in the channel once the event is aired. If you don’t, the channel will not be cleared and the event will not be charged.

WHAT’S INDIGO PAY-PER-VIEW?

Indigo is a pay-per-view TV service that gives you 24/7 access to movies and events. Indigo has 10 PPV channels: 6 in standard definition and 4 in HD.

WHICH PROVIDERS HAVE INDIGO?

Most TV providers in Québec offer Indigo, but the number of Indigo channels they carry and the actual channel numbers vary. Go to the How do I place an order question for more details or contact your TV service provider directly.

WHAT’S INDIGO’S PROGRAMMING LIKE?

The latest films, sporting and cultural events, plus a wide selection of adult content. You can watch Indigo programming 24/7. CAN I PRE-ORDER ON INDIGO?

You can pre-order up to seven (7) days ahead of time. Check with your TV service provider.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel a pay-per-view order, but cancellation windows may vary, it depends on your TV provider. Many providers allow you to cancel up to 15 minutes into an event or 2 minutes into playing a movie you’ve ordered. That said, it’s best to check with your provider directly.
To cancel your order, you’ll need to contact your TV service provider’s customer service department.

CAN I WATCH A MOVIE OR EVENT THAT I’VE ORDERED ON ANOTHER TERMINAL?

No. Orders are terminal specific. If you place the same order on two terminals, you’ll be charged twice.

IF I DON’T WATCH A FILM OR EVENT, WILL I STILL BE CHARGED FOR IT?

Yes, if you don’t cancel an event you’ve ordered 15 minutes in—or a movie you’ve ordered 2 minutes after playing it—the majority of TV service providers will charge you, and that charge will appear on your monthly statement.

IF I ORDER A FIGHT AFTER IT’S ALREADY STARTED, CAN I RE-WATCH THE PART I MISSED?

Pay-per-view television is designed to broadcast entertainment right from the moment you place your order. So when you order an event that’s live, you start watching it from the second your order is processed, in real time—you can’t go backwards.

CAN I ORDER AN EVENT ONLINE?

Unfortunately, our events are not offered online via live streaming. They’re for TV only.
